URANIUM

URANIUM formed late in 2004.

Band members are: -

Callum Merrett - Lead vocals and guitar

Ewan Merrett - Lead guitar and vocals

George Linacre - Bass guitar and backing vocals

Shane Murphy – Drums

They are based in Wiltshire, which is where they play the majority of their gigs. They play their own brand of old school metal, which they refer to as “munkyfetal”.

They played their debut festival performance in the Rock Cave at Guilfest in 2005 and played at the North Wilts Festival in 2006.

They have recently produced their first studio EP and are currently working on material for an album, which they hope to release in 2007.
